What is a coupon code and why its not working? | Coupon Codes are used for promotions, refunds, discounts and other marketing purposes. Mostly, we offer coupons for Alumni or Refresher courses and certain events. To use the coupon, follow the steps below:

Where can I view the previous module after I completed the lessons? | How To Access the previous modules

The website is down. What should I do? | pls be advised that we are currently experiencing technical issues on our website due to high traffic resource demand as of this hour causing the site to run slow or timed out to some viewers. We are currently upgrading and restarting the server. |
Why was my payment canceled? | Payment was not fully paid as indicated in the instruction especially for crypto payment. You need to input the full amount upto to the last digit. Ex. pay 40.00001 USDT, you need to pay upto 0.0001, if not the website will send you a canceled enrollment. |
Do you still have combo packages? | We discontinued offering combo packages due to the automated system we are using. |
Can the modules be accessed forever? | Access to modules will be for 22 days. This will automatically expire as it will be set by the website on a timer. |
What are the expectations for the zoom class? | Day 1 students will meet for 1 – 2 hours for briefing and discord grouping. Day 2, the actual class with Coach Miranda Miner and the mentors. This may change as we are still in the early stage of the LMS program. |
I am a new student, can I not attend the zoom link class? | As a new student, we strongly suggest that you join the class zoom link as it aids you in understanding the discussions in the modules. Also, you will be acquainted with your batch mates which will be your trading buddy. |
Can I change my schedule? | We no longer allow changes in schedule for now due to the automation of the system. |
Can we extend the expiry date? Or I have not clicked start now or started my course but the expiry dates is already running | It is a timestamp generated system. The expiry date cannot be adjusted. The expiry date cannot be adjusted once you paid already for your LMS Course it will be automatically activated on your profile. |
Can I change my email address or update my profile information? | Yes. Login to your profile > Settings and update your profile. Be careful when you update your email address, if you made a mistake, you will lose your access immediately. Contact support if you got a problem. |
I have other questions, whom can I reach? | Kindly fill in the form at the contact us page. |
Can I skip a module? | No, you cannot skip a module in the initial phase but after you finish all the modules you can go back and review other modules as you wish. |
I can not still apply the coupon code. Or The coupon says, ERROR. | Please follow the steps below: 1. Add to cart the course that you paid for 2. Fill up the information in the check out page 3. Input the code, but don’t click apply 4. Check the “coupon payments” and “i have read…” statement 5. Click Place order You will receive an email that it is already being processed then wait for the next email that you are enrolled in. Check your profile again on the website and it should be there already. Things to Remember; The Coupon Codes are TIED to your email address. If you change and registered using a different email address, the coupon code wont work The coupon code is SPACE sensitive. Dapat walang space added in between, before or after the code |

I finished the Beginner course and I want to enroll in the intermediate course can I still get an alumni Coupon discount | You can only get a beginner course Alumni Coupon and not yet for the intermediate. Please enroll first on a regular intermediate course and the next time you’d like to enroll then you can get already coupon |
I wasn’t able to attend my Day 2 session. Can I sit in the other batches? | We would like to set some discipline on your learning journey and we would like to request that you make time for your day two of your session we will not be able to allow you to sit on another batch anymore thank you |
Do you still have combo and elite package | We have removed the combo & Elite packages. Stay tuned for future promos. |
I enrolled in both beginner and intermediate at the same time, I haven’t started my intermediate yet but the expiration date of my intermediate course is the same as the beginner. What Should I do? | We have designed that both the beginner and intermediate be taken within 21 days. We don’t see any issues with you taking intermediate a week after the beginner because they should drive the continuity of learning as one continuous course and to be taken in one time so we encourage you to finish this within the 22 days prescribed. We believe that you can develop a skill within a 21 day consistent learning journey from beginner to intermediate |

I have a piece of knowledge in crypto already. Can I enroll in the intermediate course? | We require you to take the beginner course as that is the foundation of the Global Miranda miner system |
I am zero-knowledge in crypto, is it mandatory to finish the 8 weeks of learning course first before paying for the beginner course? | As much as possible, yes. However, you can bypass it as long as you pass the pre-assessment at the start of the beginner class. |
Can I enroll in mentoring even if I didn’t finish the beginner and intermediate? | No. We have designed the learning journey in such a way that you start with the most basic until the refinement of the skill. We encourage you to take the journey from beginner to intermediate. |
I already completed and finished the course but I want to review more. How can I access my module again? | If your access to the course is not yet expired you can go ahead and click your profile in the website otherwise if the access for the course is already expired then you may re-enroll again and ask for a coupon code so your enrollment will be discounted |
Can I pay using crypto? | We have temporarily suspended crypto payments and will become available in the future. However, you may use coins.ph by selecting DragonPay and select coins.ph. This will allow you to use your coins.ph wallet as a fiat payment. |
Why is my LMS expiration timer running? | We have decided the learning management system comes with a time element and urgency to learn which is the reason why we have set up a time-keeper in the LMS itself. We would like to emphasize that learning crypto currency should be prioritized and should be taken with an allocated time so you can build that skillset in a more organized fashion. We urge you to give yourself this 21 days of learning |
The First meeting of the class hasn’t started yet. | Please go to the zoom module of your LMS to see when Day 1 starts for your class. There is a dedicated day one for each of the batches which can be taken during the prescribed dates |

There are no dates given on the website. | You might be talking of the courses without dates those are allocated for the alumni which doesn’t need to attend any of the Boot Camp sessions or the day one sessions for the new students |
